Collared 3m Roof Mast with Optional Hinge
This mast includes an optional hinging top section to allow access to the top of the pole without climbing ladders or foot pegs – minimising safety hazards. The mast is raised and lowered with the use of two high tensile M10 bolts, one as the hinge point, and second to lock the mast in place.
The hinged mast’s collared design incorporates two sliding collars allowing stay bars to be attached to the centre mast without invalidating engineering certification by drilling new holes to vary the stay bar pitch angle. This design is safe, fast, and heavy duty, and is available in a range of different heights. The footplate has a hinged design allowing pitch compensation for standard corrugated iron and tin roofs.
